Hi All -
This subject comes up from time to time on this board - there were some posts early in the year if memory serves.
I became familiar about 2-1/2 years ago with Jane Plant and her theories when I had a bad bout with mets and was looking for a way to supplement the work of the drugs in my clinical trial.
I do not think Jane Plant is a quack, and her ideas are founded on some real science and research. She recommends cutting out ALL dairy, but I have switched to using organic milk (about 1 cup/day) and eating a small amount of organic cheeses, no yogurt or cottage cheese.
She has a wonderful section in her book regarding diet - the page is divided in half and headed "if you do this - now do this" with suggestions for substitutes that will give us better nutrition and chance of fighting cancer. I have used many of these suggestions and the changes have been easy to stick to.

Try looking on amazon.com or your local health food store - I saw it in my local "healthy food" store.
Here is a link with a great excerpt from her book and some other information.
