Just wondering - on your poll you wrote that you were 3 years post menopause at 46. Was that natural menopause or by total hysterectomy? Did they try to give you any HRT or did you take any natural substances like black cohosh? Sorry to be so nosy but I tried to get off HRT since I had been on the stuff for 7 years due to a total hysterectomy at age 40 and my OBGYN practically shoved it down my throat until my dx.
