Prior to my diagnosis, I had been suffering from severe food allergies, so my diet consisted of:
chicken lamb fish (herring, mackerel, salmon, sardines) broccoli, sprouts, carrots, cucumber, zucchini, leeks, onions, garlic, parsley, cilantro, olives grapefruit, mango, avocado rice quinoa buckwheat rooibos tea water That's all. No wine, beer, spirits except for the odd glass of cidre or calvados. No coffee or tea. No soy, potatoes, wheat, corn, eggs, chocolate, milk, goats milk, cheese, beef, pork, herbs and spices, sugar, sweets, tuna, nuts, seeds, and I probably forgot quite a few. I'm allergic to cigarette smoke, so I don't smoke myself and cannot stay in a room where someone is smoking. I got BC anyway. Guess I just got unlucky... |
