Can someone with HER2 3+, no node involvemnet get by with only radiation and tamoxifen?

Recommendations are usually made not just on HER2 status and nodes but on size and grade as well, and whether or not it is invasive or DCIS/LCIS or other type of cancer.

Dr. Susan Love's Breast Book does a good job of explaining it.
