My internist asked me to do one more test and that was bone density, Eveything else has come back so good, I thought this one would to.
She didn't put me on any type of prescription, just said to get the supplements. No Fosamax. Carlye, should I be on that? Is it the same thing as what she told me to get?
jojo, I wasn't on any type of hormone therapy for menapause, I was on the patch one year for irregualar periods, then I got BC and went off and went into menapause from the chemo. So this is a whole new chapter, I don't really know where where the osteopenia is at or anything, her nurse just called with the results. I haven't really had time to look into this. What do I need to KNOW? I was just planning on doing the walk everyday and take supplements. Is this wrong? Thank for your input and advice. k
