I too have noticed a strong odor right after Herceptin IVs. It doesn't persist and I'm sure its nothing to worry about.

I have been on Herceptin now for about 4 years. Yes, I get a very strong urine which last a couple of days following treatment. There are times I think I smell it through my skin also.
