There has been a fair amount of research showing that her2+ BC's tend to be resistant to tamoxifen. You might want to discuss with your doc temporary ovarian suppression with Zoladex and an aromatase inhibitor, this combo has been shown to be better than tamoxifen in Her2+ er+ cancers.
