It wasn't the onc, but rather the medical center he's officed in. He's not happy about the situation either. Actually, after 15 years he's leaving his own private practice there to join an oncology "group." It's sad, but they say that the cuts from Medicare, which the insurance companies follow, are killing him. Within the next 2 years, many more chemo drug cuts are planned. Shame on our government. Shame.
