I had a scheduled appt w/the oncologist and a Herceptin treatment, so I asked if it was necessary or if they might want to 'save' my dose for someone that needed it more. Onc. said no.. she wanted me to get the shot. I haven't missed a year since my dx and I feel much better now that I have it.
