I've only had the flu shot once before...about 10 years ago, and I got the flu from it!!!

In the last 10 years I've only had the flu once...so I'm leary of the vaccine...see it more as a jump start for the virus in my body!

I'll be glad to hear if all you who get the vaccine find that you remain safe from the virus. I think I'll just stay away from germy people as much as I can...
