Does Her2+ DCIS progress to Her2- IDC?
 

When I was originally dx, I did a lot of research (which I posted in this forum) on the fact that Her2+ was more common in DCIS than in IDC, when DCIS is thought to be a precursor to IDC. Here is an interesting paper that discusses how that may happen:
