What food to avoid for HER2 Positive & Estrogen Tumors?
 

Hello Ladies,

I have been doing some research trying to find current information about
the foods HER2/Estrogen ++ should avoid. Does anyone have an up to date
list of foods that we definitely should NOT eat?

I've seen sites that said no phytoestrogen foods, flax, soy etc....Grass fed and organic meat, chicken etc....

It seems like everything has soy or soybean oil these days.

Please let me know of your research in the area of diet and nutrition. I'm so confused about what foods to eat and what foods to avoid.
