by about 400% compared to treatment with radiation alone and just the act of adding lapatinib to herceptin increases OS by almost 100%

caveat:retrospecitive study from one institution

Thanks as always, Lani! I truly believe Tykerb has been protecting my brain. This data makes that very likely.

Haven't read the study yet, but wondering...
I had Tykerb in 6/09, was NED in brain at the time, but the Tykerb failed to control the disease in my body.
I wonder if it would be beneficial now, with the 8 spots that we've just discovered in my brain?
