I hope that you get as much from this site as I have. I'm stage IV, on Herceptin alone and have been in remission since March 04. Since my latest Brain MRI shows a tiny "spot", I would love to hear more about the visualization techniques. I do my own visualization, but it's untrained and my own homegrown method, LOL. I would love some good pointers. I'm a big believer in the power of positive thinking.
