Festive Salad
 

I was searching for a recipe to post using Kale. I have been fortunate enough to have a garden this year and have been using my kale in everything (stir fry, pasta sauces, salads, etc). I came across this recipe for a Blue and White Salad. I thought this might be a great 4th of July salad if I add fresh raspberries or strawberries (and kale, of course!)
