Pertuzumab herceptin and navelbine sounds like a great combo, many have done great with navelbine and herceptin. The pertuzumab would add a nice kick. How much do you know about the trial itself (inclusion criteria, locations etc)?

In the meantime try to keep calm about the "unknowns" until, well, you know.

Jamie,
I agree with Chris (big surprise!)...IF you need them, those meds sound like a great combo. But till you get all your results, don't "borrow trouble". Stress isn't good for anyone! Take one thing at a time...take a deep breath. Be good to yourself.

Praying for good results, and a treatment plan you can feel good about.
Denise

Vinca alkaloid (vinorelbine) articles can be located by using the 'Search' key on top.

Trastuzumab = Herceptin is a standard 'miracle drug' for Her2 breast cancer. Mab = monoclonal antibody Almost all of us have used Herceptin as it is specifically designed (created) for Her2 breast cancer.

You can find some good illustration/explanation of Her2 breast cancer and Herceptin in the HOMEpage. http://her2support.org/her2-breast-cancer/her2-gene

Hang in there. There are many members who were diagnosed at the same stage and are currently NED (No Evidence of Disease) http://her2support.org/vbulletin/sho...+stage+sisters

Take a deep breath whenever you are feeling the panic... (I found drinking cold/icy water also helpful.) Keep a journal and write down your thoughts and questions for your doctors/nurses...

Sending you good vibes.
