This is music to my ears too! I just did a 1/2 Marathon walk with my sister 2 weeks ago and will be making this an annual event. If you've never done it I would highly recommend it. The atmosphere is just amazing and so inspiring.

Hi, I'm new here. I'm in my PhD program for Health Psychology, and we have a huge focus on nutrition and how it affects the body and mind. One of my courses focused specifically on exercise and the mind/body connection, and it can't be underestimated. Thanks for posting this.

Welcome! Your course of study sounds very interesting. I think a lot of our members would be interested in hearing more about the effects of nutrition on our minds and mental outlooks as well as our bodies.
