Just wanted to share
 

I don't post often as I have been so lucky to remain NED on Herceptin only for 20 months now. Had scans two weeks ago, and all is good.
Just wanted to share for those who are just starting this journey and wonder what will be. Well, as you can see, anything is possible.

That is such inspiring story of hope for us in the stage IV boat. Its so nice to hear that hope exists and that you are doing so well. I bet your more grateful than ever before- I hope you can share your story round the world to give others hope. Thanks for posting- and PLEASE continue to post to give us all that inspiration.

Thanks for posting. My mom was diagnosed stage 4 about one month ago today. She is doing 2 chemos and herceptin. She had mets to bones and 2 small spots to liver. Your news is extremely encouraging.

Thank you! I think the tendency is to reach out when we're scared, worried, progressing, etc. It's great that you realize how much the rest of us need stories like yours. Twenty months NED is awesome!!!

I am glad to hear the good news. That is very inspiring since my aunt will be beginning her her breast cancer treatment soon. I can only hope that one day she will be sharing the same good news at 20 months. I am encouraging her to join this forum so she can have an e-support system. She has always been shy and not one to open up her feelings. I have showed her how she can just simply read and still get any information she may want. And if the time comes, she can post and say hi and tell about her journey.

Thanks for sharing your good news....I have just passed my halfway point of the AC/T regiment my breast MRI was clear and all is going as well as can expect on this journey. I am not up on some of the abbreviations, such as NED. Can you explain? Thanks and continue being healthy!
