need some help
 

Anyone with advice on getting rid of insomnia and hot flashes? As if the insomnia wasn't enough, but it seems like as soon as I do get comfartable and start to do doze, then I'm baking. It gets old really fast.

I know how you feel... this exact subject was discussed a month or so ago. Go to the Search icon above and type "effexor" or "hot flashes"
You will see a ton of threads regarding this issue.
