Continued wait
Hello all,
Dr. in Chicago on vacation. I contiue to see myself going down hill each day.....I just hope he has something good to say on Monday. Please say prayers for me through the weekend..that I either have good news or learn to accept it. I still may go for a third opinion but walking is becoming difficult. Barb |

Re: Continued wait
Dearest Barb -
Gosh! I am so surprised that none of the oncologist visits you had a while back turned up a treatment for you. Is it brain mets that are affecting your walking? You were working so hard on getting opinions. There really must be something you can try. You remain in my prayers and thoughts for some good news. |

Re: Continued wait
Barb - thinking of you ---
Please get this book -- it might save your life! Since the doctors are not giving you any news... (I hate to say it but they don't really "cure" the C - they only "prolong" our lives) this book explains how to help the body CURE it! Read this - you have nothing to lose. Amazon.com has them used sometimes .... I bought mine used and had a friend bring it with them to me in Italy. A Cancer Battle Plan Sourcebook (get the source book - there are two Cancer Battle Plans by Frahm - but this one is the latest and is more comprehensive!) By David Frahm. He and his wife, Ann fought cancer in her body for years until the doctors had no more treatment for her. ... they sent her home to die. She refused to and they found a natural way and cured the cancer and lived for 10 years - finally died of other causes. But this is her husband's follow up book on how to battle the C - and Ann had breast cancer that went into her lungs (and maybe into the bones, I don't remember) so ... I know that she shrank and disolved the tumors with this plan - and lived a very healthy life for another 10 years. She was so weak after the chemo BOMB they did on her and then the bone marrow treatment when they sent her home she could barely sit up and get a few steps in.... I am doing this "Plan" along with the Herceptin --- but with this Her2 - I am doing all I can to ward off EVER, EVER getting C again --- it sucks!!! I hate to see my friends that I have found here on this site and on Facebook --- being sucked into the spin cycle of C. I wept I saw that Ed died today ... not just for Ed, but for Marie. I didn't know them well enough to send this information when I first joined the board - and it was too late by the time I was friends with Marie - - - Please order this book, or get a copy at your local store and read it --- It could change your life - I know it changed mine. Big hug - Karen |
