yes, Carol , I'm having trouble using the search box. Can you walk me thru it plz? it's ok to talk to me like I'm in 2nd grade. They know more than most of us anyway, lol

Ok ... click on Search in the upper right hand corner, enter what you are looking for in the box ... maybe what it is giving you problems is what to put in the box itself? Use just a couple of words or phrase that best describes what you are looking for.

Examples type in "survival rates" or "triple positive research" "recurrence risk", etc ... don't make it too complicated because the search engine will look for every word you put in, and if there are too many and the posts don't include them, it will tell you no finds, when actually there are probably lots of threads, etc out there. :)

Less is more! :)

Note that there is a button to choose either threads or posts, I have always just gone with threads but you can try either one individually and see what comes up.

Sometimes I would just scroll through the pages of threads looking for topics, find one that looks interesting, and start reading. I did that for hours and hours and hours in the beginning. :)
