Yes, friends reach big bdays and gripe, can't explain why they feel so upset.

I always tell them, every bday, every day is a gift! Collect them... They are each reasons to rejoice!

Congratulations, Sassy on your 9 years anniversary- it's been 13 years since my diagnosis- my son was in kindergarten at the time and now he will be graduating from high school this spring--Never thought I would live to see that day! Life is good and to be celebrated every day. I don't visit here like I used to, but still like to check in now and then and offer an encouraging word--this place was my lifeline for a long time, so glad it's still going strong
