Re: Clear Mammo and celebrating 7 years out!!:)
Tricia, Can I ask how you kicked the smoking habit? My sister is a heavy smoker and has such a hard time and feels so guilty. Any wise words? it seems she has tried everything out there.
Thank you for any help. |
Re: Clear Mammo and celebrating 7 years out!!:)
Hi Pray,
Its very difficult and a smoker really needs to want it so badly to actually quit which is apparent as I waited seven years after chemo etc which shows the hold and addiction Nicotine has!:( My hubby and I bought the book and DVD from Allen Carr called the easyway to quit smoking, it gives the smoker a totally different perspective on smoking completly and if she's ready to quit this will help her and is available on Amazon. We both smoked thirty a day for as many years, quit years ago when I foolishily began again as I gained so much weight so this time I'm joining a gym and only have nine pounds to shift! My best wishes to your sis and feel free to pass on my e mail or she can send me a pm if she'd like to chat:) Denise thank you too!:) |
