Re: hair questions
Hi
I am on round 4 chemo no hair anywhere. How do I get prescription for lash med |
Re: hair questions
Julia, check with your primary care Dr. I asked my Oncologist if I could use it during treatment and she preferred that I didn't, so I didn't. Once my lashes grew in a bit, I did lash extensions... Which I loved. I just stopped doing them last month and really miss them. They are spendy and its very time consuming to have them put on. Good Luck!

I had my last chemo at the end of August, 2011. My hair kept falling out. Here's how I looked at the end of September, then in early November, then at Christmas time:

Re: hair questions
The thing I noticed most in these pictures is not so much the changes in the hair length but the consistent beautiful smile.

Re: hair questions
Headcovers.com has hat wigs-those are wigs with "naked" crowns that you wear under a hat. You can purchase just bangs, or you can purchase hair that sticks out of the hat all around your head. Lots cooler and more comfortable than a full wig. You can buy eyelashes and eyebrows there as well, but I haven't tried those. I got some "hat hair" for a trip to Disneyworld and it was great, looked completely natural and didn't itch like my regular wigs.
