Joan, I'm so sorry to hear about your Mom. I feel for you because when I was fighting my bc my Mother was dx with advanced lung cancer and it was so difficult to take care of both of us. Although your Mother can't understand it all Becky is so right about the Femara. Since your Mom is so highly Er that might be all it takes to stop the cancer in it's tracks. I will be keeping your Mother in my thoughts and prayers. She is so blessed to have such a wonderful daughter by her side.

Dear Joan,

My thoughts and prayers are with you. I just lost my mother after a long illness--she was stable though and did not suffer- she was a true warrior, went through a lot in her life. She was 87 years old.

Stay strong. You are a very fortunate to have had your Mom this long..

Of course I will keep both you and your Mother in my prayers. As Becky mentioned the Femara is a very good treatment for her.
