Thanks for all your displays of happiness at my NED. I wish it for everyone.

I will be on Taxol weekly for three weeks each month until my oncologist feels it's time to come off. She doesn't want a recurrence. I'm not a doctor and I have complete faith in her, her experience and the experience of the collective tens of thousands of patients she and her colleagues have treated over the long-term. That's why I picked her, that's why I listen to what she says.

I really wish that it meant forever, I really wish that I didn't have to deal with chemo at all, but for now, I take today as an NED day, and tomorrow and the day after, unless I'm told otherwise. This is a new phase I need to get used to.

Karen! How wonderful! Nothing is better than a good long dance with NED - may we all enjoy the same.
I just returned from another consultation at Sloan; who is your doctor there? I see Dr. Chau Dang and she is fabulous.
