So sorry you can't fly!!! Meanwhile try your best to stay off of decadron!! I would see about upping the dose of boswellia NOW! Ask your onc about it. Soon as you can fly get the gamma knife done and you'll do ok. It'll be a fight but you can do it. All the best to you.
