Very terrible news.

I simply do not know what to say.

This not fair. My thoughts are big time with her family.

Painful to read of her passing. Yes, we need better options to kill metastatic BC

This is just terrible. So young, and with two small children. Just sucks. Just awful. Why? Why? Why is this disease so cruel and unpredictable? This is a tragedy. It just couldn't have been her "time" at that young age. Damn!

Just checking in after a 3 month or more absence. So sorry for our dear friends who have departed. Sadness for their families and for us.

i agree Catherine. Each loss jerks at my heart. At the learning of it. And forever after.

I think of Shiela, and Brenda, and Chrissy and Karen, and Jilly and so very many (far too many) more.

Such truly special ladies that touched me deeply with their joy and humor and their sweetness and wisdom. Their courage and their fighting spirits.

MBC research is so essential.

If you don't know about the MBC Project -- it involves patients in offering their saliva, their words, access to their medical records (there are nearly 2,000 signed up already). Any cancer patient from any country can sign up.

Please help speed the process of research. So little is dedicated to MBC. And women are suffering and dying with each day. We must all help if we possibly can.
