Is anyone on Tukysa? I had progression on Enhertu, so have switched to Tukysa and capecitabine. Both are oral chemos.

Hello Donna,

After Enhertu, my wife is on Tukysa, very very low dose Xeloda (capecitabine), Fulvestrant, Herceptin, and Denosumab. Key side effects are fatigue and Diarrhea which I think mostly are from Tukysa.

I hope you don't mind, how is your progression determined and what is the pathology of your tumor?

By the way, her2support.org is not very active, i.e not many recent posting from anyone other than me (mostly in articles of interest section) and perhaps you. Although her2support is easy to use for most people with her2 bc.

You should checkout breastcancer.org. It seems to be well funded and have a large number of members. Take a look at the below two links.

https://community.breastcancer.org/en/categories/stage-iv-metastatic-breast-cancer-only

https://community.breastcancer.org/en/categories/connecting-with-others-who-have-a-similar-diagnosis

Look for subforum for your particular disease pathology.

My progression was shown on bone scan and ct scans.

Forgot to say, yes my side effects are the same as what your wife is experiencing. I was cautioned about the peeling and blistering palms of hands and soles of feet....trying to stay head of that!

Nguyen is correct

Diarrhea and fatigue are common Tucatinib side effects
Sorry to her about the progression
