Aside from what described in the abstract, Nab-paclitaxol has a couple other
advantages over paclitaxel: it's still works after paclitaxel resistance has occurred, it has an additional mechanism of action, which is
macropinocytosis, where it “switches” tumor associated macrophage (TAM) from immunosuppressive to immunostimulatory.
