herceptin injection approved!!!!

Lani posted the links and info in a separate thread - but subcutaneous herceptin is now approved in the USA!!!!

For those who are on herceptin only or herceptin with an oral agent, this could be a good QOL change for you!! No infusions, just stop by for a shot :-)

That would have saved me considerable time and energy all the years I was on Herceptin alone. Probably could also gotten it closer to home, with approval.

I have been following the approval of this new Vit H shot and I am wondering if anyone knows how they cater the volume of drug in the injection to your body weight?
