Happy News!

Doing a little jig in Maine. On the heels of super rough patch, my SO's Mother passed away on Sunday and my Great Uncle the following day, Tuesday brought some happy news. My PET scan was clear, no active disease! I guess all that chemo was worth it. Everyone dance now!

Thanks everyone! I am often reluctant to post my good news especially when others are having difficulties but I just had to share. I feel liberated. I know things can change rapidly at any time but I feel like I can breath for a while. It has seriously reduced my day to day anxiety. Prayers for everyone who may need them. You are my life line and cheering squad and I am always grateful.

Never forget that your good news is also hope for others. Knowing your story--how long and hard that journey with Taxol was, and how dark some of your days were--will give others strength to stick it out in case they, like you, get to see an "NED" scan someday.
