11 years for me!!

Today marks 11 years for me. That surgery...and ensuing years of treatment seem like yesterday, and then again seems also like a distant bad dream. I do not think about cancer 24/7 like I used to. Although, not a day goes by that I do not think about it. Now it is usually with a sense of deep gratitude. The past 11 years have been full of wonder for me, as I consider 6/14 another one of my "re-birthdays"...another day to celebrate getting another chance at this amazing journey we call life!!
