Are there any lists/apps of all the foods, vitamins/supplements, prescription and OTC drugs, environmental, cosmetics, ect; that are known to increase/decrease estrogen? There are a lot of "lists" but, where are the doctors you go to to get the most up-to-date, reliable knowledge?
It seems that it is the same as "clean eating," which has no universal definition and people turn feelings into facts.
I have heard/read a lot of pros and cons to both phytoestrogens and animal foods increasing/decreasing the hormone levels in our bodies. A lot of healthy foods are also estrogenic. Where do you find the current research?
Thank you
