I first read this a few days ago, and my jaw dropped straight to the floor.

What were they thinking?

I had huge concerns about CYP2D6 because my genotyping results indicate I'm likely an intermediate metabolizer. Those concerns were discounted by both oncs, because the testing is unreliable. Now it turns out the testers were unreliable.

Why they looked at tumor tissue for Cytochrome P50 genes boggles the mind.
