Has anyone experienced a light- headed feeling (like you might faint) while on this treatment? I have had this a couple times and wonder if it could be the drug? Thanks, Cathy

I have and my nurse mentioned I need to stay hydrated or I can feel light headed. It can also be a side effect from low platelets or being anemic. I was on Kadcyla for less than 6 months at regular dose. My platelets were low and just enough to get my treatment. I am now drinking powdered wheatgrass juice whilst on gemzar and it seems to help a lot with the platelets.
