Hi ladies,

For the past week or so, I have felt a slight discomfort in my groin line when driving or sitting in certain positions. It doesn't bother me when sleeping or walking or working out (for the most part). I am starting to worry a bit. I'm trying to focus on the fact that it may be a pulled muscle or too much stress on the muscle during a workout. But with my history, I worry about every little thing I feel. Any words of advice here?

Thanks!!!

Marcia

As a cyclist this happens to me sometimes. It is usually due to my hip flexors getting tight. Long rides in car will set it off. I usually stretch over several days and it will go away.

Thanks, Suzanne! It's always stressful for me to feel anything different - my mind goes straight to the possibility of mets...

You are not alone when every little twinge leads to runaway fear!!! I have been to the ER many times since my diagnosis with fear leading the way! I try now to wait a week or so and if the pain, or whatever is still there, then I make a phone call. I try to stay away from "Dr. Google" who always manages to fuel the fire. Let us know how you are!
