12 year old puts it into perspective...

Waking up my 12 year old daughter this morning, I sadly announce it is my last day with long hair (cutting tonite) for the next few years. She gets up, hugs me and says "Mommy, you should be happy because the cancer isn't anywhere else".

I think she is smart beyond her years...

Oh, yes, she is! Kids are so practical and love to look at the bright side. Yasmin, 10, has leveled my head a few times, too. I learn from her, and I love it.
