In a large study of women's health, postmenopausal women who followed a healthy lifestyle were at a third lower risk of death, including a 20% smaller chance of dying from cancer, than women who did not follow guidance on diet, weight, physical activity, and alcohol intake.

Here you go Alaska Angel, ask and you shall receive . . . 33% lower risk of death, and 20% reduction of dying from cancer - just from lifestyle changes.

I'll be having salad for lunch, and skipping that glass of wine a few more days per week, picking up the hiking habit and losing a few pounds!
