I am considering going on a clinical trial of Neratinib and Xeloda, should my scan results tomorrow show that my liver lesions have remained the same or progressed or if there are any new mets. If anyone has experience with either of these two drugs, please would you share your experiences.
Thanks and wishing you all a wonderful new year.

The main side affects of Nerotinib are nausea vomiting, fatigue and loss of appetite. Like Lapatanib it is very likely to cause diarrhea. In fact it works a lot like Lapatinib but because of a stronger chemical bonding to the active sight it can be effective where Lapatanib has lost its effectiveness. I think the dose is 240mg a day
