In the past, Her2 Support had a user name and password available for members. I do not know if it still works, but here is Her2support's registration info:

Password: Member

That user name does exist, but the password didn't work for me.

Thanks, Lizbeth, I have my own personal registration so I never need to resort to the Her2 support one. Maybe you can let the moderators know, so they can post it somewhere.

I also have my own registration. When I clicked the link, it automatically filled in my e-mail address. So everyone probably will need to get his/her own user name and password as it seems to be detecting the IP address automatically.
