Did you try any of these hopeful? They sound delicious. I liked the idea of blending pureed pumpkin into pizza sauce. A good way to hide veggies from the kids!

Tanya, I have not tried them yet, as I just found them. The roasted pumpkin apple soup is at the top of my list, though!

I love pumpkin and am always on the lookout for recipes that incorporate it into dishes other than pie. I am glad you liked reading these.

One of my favorites is Pumpkin Enchiladas - although I have no idea where I put the recipe :(
