Here is a nice metastudy I found that summarizes research on lifestyle interventions for breast cancer survivorship. Not a whole lot that is new here, but a nice summary nevertheless.

This is a great summary! I am going to share this with our physicians and nurses. We just had our first annual survivorship symposium in our community. We will be building upon this and expanding more services over time. This is great reinforcement. Thanks for posting.
