Any info about next coming drug after Kadcyla and Perjeta?

Since I found this wonderful forum in 2006 (thank you Dear Joe and Christine) I always knew about the next coming promising drug. Herceptin was announced but Lapatinib/Tykerb was new. Then there were all the trials of TDM1/Kadcyla (the announcement dragged because of the FDA issue) and Pertuzumab/ Perjeta almost at the same time.
But now what? Kadcyla and Perjeta are very good drugs but we still need others. Some sisters here need new options.
Is there any known treatment in a clinical trial with promising results that may be announced in the coming 2 years? It is not clear for me at all.
I hope the labs don't think they did enough for HER2s.

Hi Karen. I am fine thank you! My last scan was good. Just dyspnea and very fatigued. I hope you are now feeling better after your horror surgery and then the Navelbine problem!
Isn't Neratinib just a "Tykerb clone"? I looked up Temsirolomus because I didn't know that drug. It seems rough but I hope it can help in a combo.
Let's see if others come in with info.

i have a co- worker w/ advanced ovarian cancer who is doing very well on a combo of cedarib and olaparib. cedarib apparently is a tumor bood vessel starver like avastin. bp has to be watched. and all the " ibs" seem to be tough in terms of diarrhea for many. its a small phase II trial at farber. ( 60 pts total, only 8 at farber ) she says they are talking about expanding it to bc pts.
" Ironically " - she is their best responder so far , but almost didn't get in as her one measureable tumor was a few cm. off of " criteria " . so she is on board w/ our activism to get more flexibility for Stage IV's.

A runny stomach is also a concern with the Tems/Nerat trial. One is treated for it, and then after a short time, the body adjusts. A woman I know with multiple mets has been on this trial and is experiencing shrinkage on all.
