Hema's MRI scan for the lumbar region.Mets have covered the entire region.The onc has given her 2 weeks.I am praying it maybe peacefull without pain.

Hema is confined to the bed. For the last 3 days she was given 2 pain killers and today it is going to be three. She is active in the morning talking and responding. Thanks Everybody

Just bringing you all up to date. Hema is on 3 doses of 10mg morphine. But they do not appear to be sufficient as in the afternoons she is in pain. I have contacted the Onc (being Sunday) by e.mail if the dosage can be increased to 4.She is on liquid diet but the intake has come down. This morning some bleeding in the affected breast .I am praying for a pain free period for her. Thanks to all of YOU

She is on 6hourly dose of the pain killer . In the morning she replies a little like good morning etc. As the day goes on when she is awake she smiles at visitors and I feel she recognizes them. Her intake has gone down. My son from the US went back a couple of weeks ago and my daughter went back last Monday as her daughter has to move to a University .My daughter in law is starting back on the 10tn I am praying for courage to carry on alone looking after Hema and to overcome contrary advice from relatives .
