A question about my incision under my arm

I am just wondering if anyone else besides me has this problem. Where my insision under my arm is when gently touching it. It feels bruised and every once in awhile I have a quick, jab pain in that area.

I have not had my reconstruction surgery yet and that won't be until September because of radiation. I wonder how that will feel then???

Hmmm, it's been five months since your surgery. If this is a new pain, you need to call your doctor/oncology nurse ASAP. It's very possible that the nerves in that area have made new synapses (connections), but it's better to check it out.

I had pai for along time ( little shooting pains) was told it was normal and very common. Although any new pain is worthy of.telling your onc about you are in my prayers. Gods blessings to you

I still get odd shooting pains now and then which is normal as many of the nerve endings are cut during surgery!
