A study by researchers at the Herbert Irving Comprehensive Cancer Center (HICCC) at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center, has found that nearly one in four women (23 percent) newly diagnosed with breast cancer reported symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) shortly after diagnosis, with increased risk among black and Asian women.

I think of it more as TSD, just drop the post. Having breast cancer is like walking around and not knowing if you have a bomb that could go off at anytime.

I will be thrilled when better tests are used to determine prognosis.

And I am so excited about the new FDA approvals for Genentech.

PTSD (and variations) are definitely in the "cards" for many of us. Nice to see acknowledge.
