Cramping on Tamoxifen

I've been noticing light cramping almost like I'm about to get my period but don't. I've been on Tamoxifen since June. Has anyone experienced light cramping? No spotting...just cramping.

Now and then I experience the onset of cramps, but that's as far as it goes. It's more like the threat of cramps than actual cramping.

I've spotted once. Exactly one spot, that is. I was not paying attention to whether I had that "threat of cramps" sensation at the time.
