I have been on xeloda and tykerb for 6 months and just noticed my 2 big toe nails seem to be falling off. Since i had them painted red i have no clue what it looks like underneath. They feel loose so i know they are coming off. So far my side effects on xeloda are cracked heel/fingers, falling toe nails. Anyone here lost their toe nails on xeloda and what did you do about it? Thanks!
