Very interesting. I just pulled the pdf file for this article and will read. One of the things that has bothered me is that cancer patients at the "wellness program" I went to can do some activities basically forever but other activities that involve nutrition, counseling, and exercise are "cut off" at a certain point. This state of affairs certainly did not help me and seems to be common (in my area at least). It is as if one is "all better" at a certain point and no longer needs certain types of support- WRONG. I understand that programs take money but thinking about short term rather than long term life style changes is a problem.
